What the Nation is saying about Unrivaled Belle...

Tapit and Bernardi seem to be two sires in high demand Kittens Joy might be interesting as well
Who is Unrivaled Belle booked too? Shakleford is a Forestry over Unbridled cross just a thought,He is not the highest priced sire but I think Secret Circle is similarly bred as well
Millionaire grade I winner Unrivaled Belle (by Unbridled's Song  ) was purchased by Betty Moran’s Brushwood Stable for $2.8 million from the Eaton Sales consignment Nov. 8 as the second session of the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale continued the momentum seen during the opening session....Read More

Whether it be in a race, in training, or even sometimes in the stall, horses get hurt. Often, the accident is unforeseen and unavoidable. But doesn’t it seem that whenever horses flip over or get loose and run off in the paddock, the results often are devastating?Unrivaled Belle was fortunate not su...Read More
  • TimSmith · i think horses are retired far too early now days. A couple of loses doesnt make you a bad horse jsu maybe not in shape yet? look at Rachel A. Why was she retired? She could still run a mile and 1/8 in 148 not bad who knows maybe she would have one the ladies classic ? Quit retiring all the greats please. · 227 days ago ·

Unrivaled Belle was resting comfortably in her stall Sunday morning, one day after she broke her withers after falling backwards in the paddock while waiting to be saddled prior to the Ogden Phipps. The 5-year-old mare, who won six of her 14 starts and more than $1.9 million, will be retired, said H...Read More
A heart breaking end to such an amazing career. At least it is an injury that is able to be healed, hopefully her offspring will carry her name on well
I love you Bell < 3. You are great Chempion . Good luck !
Good luck, Belle! <3
Unrivaled Belle, second to Life At Ten in last year’s Grade 1 Ogden Phipps Handicap, will face that opponent and four other fillies and mares on Saturday in the 2011 renewal of the Grade 1, $250,000 race at 1 1/16 miles.Read More
Good girl. I love you ♥
Sure the energy was the highest and the screams were the loudest for the Derby, but you know who else created quite a stir … None other than last year’s Kentucky Oaks winner, Blind Luck. In a battle between the top two finishers in last year’s Breeders’ Cup Ladies’ Classic, Blind Luck turned the tab...Read More

  • KyOaksRunner · No doubt about it I went the most wild over Blind Luck's race this weekend, it was so, so great to see her back! Can't wait for her next race and another hookup with Havre de Grace down the road. · 268 days ago ·

  • RaTalk_Girl · She is the only horse I was rooting for that got the job done last weekend. My Oaks and Derby picks got lost trying to find the finish line and Chamberlain Bridge wasn't able to close the deal either. I love Blind Luck and was soooo happy to see her victorious again. · 268 days ago ·

Every single year there is an owner or a trainer that just can’t help but trash talk the competition and this year it is Robert LaPenta. In an interview this morning LaPenta made it quite clear how bitter he is over the lack of respect Dialed In has received compared to the heaps that, apparently, U...Read More

  • annmatt · I agree with Robert! The tom-toms through the Derby Prep season were constantly beating for the "star", Uncle Mo. While Dialed In was quietly going about winning two very important races, and he sat perched near the top, yet nary a word was made about him, not at all. I don't blame LaPenta for being a little ticked....I was ticked and I don't have any ownership concerns. Also, Repole (who I like a lot, BTW), came out and said that Mo will be the "Favorite" in the Derby because he will bring enough money to the track to make it happen! If that isn't throwing down the gauntlet, I don't know what is!!! · 277 days ago ·

  • tiznow · I agree he shouldn't be trashing a horse. No need for that. I big part of me will be pulling for Dialed In as, like many, I loved his maiden and kept watch ever since. I also spent time with him yesterday and he looks phenomenal. Seemed very relaxed with all the backside commotion. I am concerned that with The Factor out, the pace won't be as hot as it would have been to help him out. it will be hot because it's the Derby, but not as blazing now. · 277 days ago ·
