Pat Cummings ‏@DubaiRaceNight 20h Trainer Mike de Kock confirms The Apache has been retired and will go to stud in South Africa.
The Apache's Dubai form was some of the strongest in the field. He beat the likes of Sharestan and some other very good horses to win the G2 Al Rashidiya, and was right up Sajjhaa's backside finishing 2nd in both the G1 Jebel Hatta & G1 Dubai Duty Free. I thought Grandeur would win the Million, but I had The Apache finishing 2nd figuring him to run a big race second start back off the Dubai layoff. Congrats to Mike De Kock. A first class trainer who deserves a major G1 win like this somewhere besides Dubai or South Africa.

  • tmallios1 · Vic,you are correct.they can be expensive.i used to do the seminars for them .so i really do not have to worry about that.both sheets as mentioned are great.one would have to have a good handle to use them.does not make sense for the small player to use.cuts into their bankroll.have you ever seen or used them.the data thoro graph offers, other than speed sheets is great. · 1046 days ago
