  • MichaelPavelick · If I was going to invest in a sire, this is one I would give SERIOUS consdieration. His grand sire is Storm Cat. The nations leading sire from 2002-2007. Tale of Ekati was blooming into a "super horse" in 2008. But lost his "will" with 2 races that caused him physical distress and soreness. I think he was good enough to win the BC mile in 2009, but they had to retire him, because he lost his will to compete.
