Wish I would have realized Calidoscopio was 9. Old horse for a long race! Grassy didn't mind the dirt either.

UPDATE -- Pletcher reports that Kauai Katie will go in the Juvenile Fillies. She doesn't seem suited to the 1 and 1/16th. I guess they will try and rate Dreaming of Julia?

I believe a short field will have a great deal to do with LASIx as most of the top fillies are running on it. It is a good sign that a kaui Katie is coming as she definitely ran on LASIx. The hurricane, if as severe as they say, which cause a great deal of logistical issues for many of the entrants this week.

Not sure what is going on? Why do Beholder and Kauai Katie want to run the longer distance? I have a feeling there is more to this story.
