  • zxswordxz · Maybe we can see the same as 1973 when Secretariat ran third in the Wood. But I doubt that cuz the great Sec had an abscess in the wood. Why wasn't Mo firing on a cylinder? We'll find out in the derby. · 1103 days ago ·
  • ugozenyatta · agree, zxswordxz, but it could also be his pedigree. but we never know · 1103 days ago ·

This is exactly what To Honor And Serve should have done in the FOY. · 1138 days ago ·
  • KyOaksRunner · A very good win for Stay Thirsty after more than three months away from the races. He looked very focused when he hit the lead and responded with every move from the jocky to open up willingly. · 1138 days ago ·
Starship Caesar has a middle-distance pedigree. His sire Repent was a middle distance horse, winning at 1 1/16 miles and placing second in the Travers Stakes. Starship Caesar’s dam was unplaced in five starts and there’s no blacktype in his first three generations. His damsire is a half brother to S.P. Indy and Summer Squall.
Uncle Mo’s stablemate Stay Thirsty, runner-up in Saratoga’s Hopeful (G1) last year, and recent Whirlaway hero Toby’s Corner, headline a field of nine in Saturday’s Gotham Stakes (G3) at Aqueduct Race Course. Stay Thirsty makes his first start of the season on Saturday and he has been working in com...Read More
