Thank you Buckpasser! Cant put that book down. What a magnificent Champion. Got teary eyed a few times I will admit. The amount of information in this book is staggering. This giant won at 5f in 1954, won every distance all the way through to 15f and in that one beat the field by 8 lengths. 16 consecutive wins at every distance under the sun. They just dont make em like that any more. Thanks again, this book is a treasure.

  • Lisa111 · Sure thing Sword. I'll give it to you at Belmont. Deal?! I just sent you an email. I'm still cracking up!!! @Buck, I will definitely be purchasing more from this author. It may be awhile yet though, this one will take me long to get through as I keep re-reading pages over and over. · 835 days ago
  • Buckpasser · Lisa. His books are hard to find from what I can see. · 835 days ago
Buckpasser and Laz, other than the obvious info on the web concerning the greatest of this champion and his breeder, can you give more insight? Interested because I'm going as deep as I can into Samraats background and love when I see this guy show up from the past with all that stamina but winning at short 5f too. My obsession has switched to knowing more about this amazing creature. Thanks.

  • AnneShaw · Hi Tom, go to the Ky Derby site if you are serious. Just open in conjunction with the final third of the pre wagering. I would do it do but we're pretty back woods in Georgia. It closes shortly before the Gotham. Says available at Twin Spires and some OTBs. Poor Ria, I think even she is embarrassed for her loud mouth supporters. I read owner made $700K betting on her in the BC. Strange he had so much confidence to risk whatever it took when she was not that exceptional before BC. One of these times explain the speed sheets you mentioned earlier to me. Is it the fastest fraction type of thing? I mean we have the final times and the speed rating figure. I tried to clue you in on the new alias the other day, I didn;t think you picked up but you did. · 857 days ago
  • tmallios1 · Anne i have a Twin Spires account, i will inquire about the odds. At 12-1 i am definately interested. For some reason along my travels in this game. Through the nice exclusive parts of the track. To the Grandstands of some of the worst tracks imaginable. When people start telling you(a perfect stranger) how much they won on a race or for the day. You know that they are full of something.I don't mean extra cash in their pockets. If they say they won,i will buy it. But whos buisiness is it other than yours. Anne,i have friends that keep it from their spouses, let alone go on public forums and give a detailed summary of their wagering.Just like with Sports stars. Charles Barkley and Merriweather chirp like sickly birds in the trees as to how much they won or lost in the Super Bowl. ANNE, I REPEAT,NOBODY CARES. If they do allow it,why not an exacta box with Tiger. At 15-1 she is also an enticing Win Bet,just in case one of them gets stage fright and does not show up for the Dance. Thanks Anne. · 857 days ago
