What the Horse Racing Nation is saying about Pure Cajun...

Pure Cajun broke a front ankle this morning jogging at Fairgrounds and was put down on the track. He never fell or threw his rider (thank god). Rest in peace young boy. You were loved. My condolences to his connections.

Pure Cajun took 5th at Fair Grounds on 12/29/12. He has speed and was challenged and responded, but tired and faded to 5th. His next race should be in a few weeks at FG.

Pure Cajun (his name is Pierre, or sometimes I call him Pete) will race on Saturday at Fair Grounds. I don't know what race or PP yet. I assume Brian Hernandez jr. Will be jockey.
Pure Cajun has a strong personality at the barn. He tolerates people and wants to dominate.

Pure Cajun has had one start at Fairgrounds in New Orleans and he took 3rd. We hope to race him again possibly on December 29th.
