  • blooy · psh nehor was a tough bastard, this was the extra room he needed, and the jockey really blew it, bad timing. you know he comes from out of the clouds not on turn, not sure what happend there. we saw it all the time down the strech near miss by nehro, then he makes the move on the turn, wait man, you fly on the strech. had they went on the strech, like animal kindom , could have been closer. but thats horse racing, guess a spoiler for the belmont? those closers all on timing, still congrats to him . · 263 days ago ·

Especially right now when we seem, due to injury, to be struggling to find a standout star colt for 3 yr. olds. Pioneer of the Nile really was at the top of that list and his game,throughout the preakness. If he's anything like his daddy,EM, I bet he'll end up being a great sire. As for Pioneer of the Nile, any time you lose a strong 3 year old from the races, it hurts the sport. However, like all the CA three olds this year, he was definitely a cut or two below the best 3 year-olds and very much over rated.
