  • Cardly Knot · If Secret Circle runs back to the form of his SouthWest win, he'll be hard to catch. Like many, I have doubts getting more than 9f. Sabercat going into a tough race from a lengthy layoff. Union Rags the only one w/ a first from layoff. · 460 days ago ·

  • Cardly Knot · @travel_vic. That move was caused by lefthanded urging, the same move that he did in the BC JuvSprint by hitting him left handed(just 1-2x). I heard mention that SC doesn't really dig the stick. Bejarano is left handed, but rarely uses LH urging. Only see him like that w/ SC. · 485 days ago ·

  • travel_vic · From an ESPN article: "At Oaklawn Park, there will never be a Cougar Day, a Mike vs. Chantal match race, or an advertising campaign featuring exotic dancers; there will never be night racing, or camel racing or ostrich racing. At Oaklawn Park, horses and racing matter. " · 520 days ago ·

  • 12thCrown · Not sure how many of you frequent Oaklawn, so while there won't be a "Cougar Day" per se, there are plenty of eligible ladies and dudes hanging around the second level sports bar. Seriously though, it's an extremely social place where people do care about the horses. · 516 days ago ·
