  • medlocke · What a shame!! Paddy O' Prado had a pretty rare quality about him in that he had proven to be very durable on conventional dirt, synthetics, and turf all three!! Something you very rarely see in a horse. I personally thought that Paddy O' Prado had begun to excel on turf, in-particular, and that he would eventually replace Gio Ponti as America's best turf horse. Once Gio Ponti was retired.
