It's nice that New Wave is a half sister to General Quarters, that might help her in the breeding shed down the road. However We have all seen 1/2 siblings to famous horses not succeed as well as their siblings. I'm not negative on her just taking a cautious backseat,for now. my vote for now is neigh!
