I was so sad to hear this horse had to be put down. You have to wonder, why do so many thoroughbreds break down these days? I love horse racing but it seems like we lose horses all the time to nothing but broken bones. It's like their legs are not strong enough to stand the stress of racing. So sad!
  • Horsefan90 · They aren't as durable as the horses in the old day's. And there is much more inbreeding and drugs used on them sometimes. · 1468 days ago
