Older Comments about Mr. Padre...

I hate to make two threads in one day about a topic irrelevant to horse racing but this is warranted .... RIP to one of the greatest hitters and classiest players in the history of baseball. As a diehard SF Giants fan, I always respected this man as both a player and person. Today the sports world lost a legend and a downright class act / good guy. Prayers out to his family -- hope Jr. makes daddy proud.
