any updates on his return?
According to HRTV twitter he suffered a slight stress fracture per Bill Mott.
  • goblin · Thanks, they must have done x-rays since Mig was told it was probably a suspensory. :) · 294 days ago
  • tmallios1 · I felt so bad for the owners. I watched the race with them at track level. This has become a very popular place for many to watch races. After the race they were ecstatic, and why wouldn't they be. Then somebody pointed to the clubhouse turn and we saw that the horse was not coming back. It really sucked and i felt bad for them. Jubilation and then this. · 294 days ago
I just watched Mean Season (1-9) go three for three at Aqueduct in another easy effort. Thisw guy has monster potential from the Bill Mott barn. He makes it look so easy.

  • LAZMANNICK · You have to wonder if he had issues at one time as he’s now 4, has plenty of potential, but never made his first start until Sept. at three. These horses are so good but oh so fragile. · 294 days ago
  • goblin · Migliore (HRTV) just said Mean Season's injury appears to be soft tissue in nature; probably damage to a suspensory ligament. · 294 days ago
like i said henny hughes most underrated sire in the world and he has another good looking horse here one to watch next year
