Mike in SB · Totally agree, I was lucky enough to see him run twice, in the Pimlico Special and Breeders Cup. He was a great horse and as you said he would often go off in the big races at pretty good odds. He will be in the Hall of Fame. mshutty · Little known fact that Invasor is my all-time favorite thoroughbred. There was never a Breeder's Cup Classic contender in which I had so much confidence. Just as the sun broke through after a grey BC day, Invasor comes bounding around that final turn and if you were sitting in the stands at the top of the stretch as I was, there was no doubt who was going to win the Classic.
