Alot can happen in those 2-4 months of development. There's no question Uncle Mo is a standout. I think horses like Jaycito, J.P's Gusto, and Rogue Romance should warrant spots in the Top 10 over horses like Tiz Blessed, Bretheren, Lauburu, and Manicero.
