Older Comments about Hill Rise...

Interesting to find out that Hill Rise won the QEII at Royal Ascot in 1966. Along with another Stake. Someone was quoted as saying " His victory made him the first California-bred horse to win a major stakes in the United Kingdom since 1908". He really was a very versatile horse.....extremely talented ,versatile horse.

  • LAZMANNICK · They owned Golden Pheasant when he won the Japan Cup and Arlington Million. They also owned Suamarez when he won the Arc de Triomphe in 1990. · 1185 days ago
I read online that 70% of thoroughbreds have Neartics blood in them, he is the obvious reason why
People have forgotten this horse.
