  • humphrey · Point being: two year olds RARELY (Street Sense was an exception) signal their prowess to get 10 frulongs this early in their career when they are still learning to apportion their speed. The competitive ones in these ridiculous speed merchant races, have, for the most part, running styles typical of babies: suck up a bunch of air and run till you can`t stand up any longer. · 884 days ago ·

This horse seems to be coming into this race in good form. He raced poorly in the Prevue, but i'm hoping that the Mile and a sixteenth will only help this horse. He has a very solid pedigree, and he worked very fast last Friday in 58 flat. I also always like to see Doug O Neil do well, he's a great trainer and I just think that this horse can do good. If he doens't race well in this one, then thank god for Santa Anita dirt.
