  • OurKhrystyFan · This horse is the real deal. She's special and we have not seen her best yet.Hip #262 in the Mid Atlantic Fastig Tipton sale she caught our eye. She had not been names yet, but she became more than just a thoroughbred to many of us. You see, she had a sweet 23-24 year old groom . One day she didn't come to work and that was not like her. She had been killed iby domestic violence. What better way than to name her for our beautifull little girl. Our khrysty will be remembered forever through her life, her children and her namesake. This horse is like no other. She has heart, she is fierce. She is one to watch!! · 916 days ago ·

I have always enjoyed live racing at Delaware Park. Much has changed since my early forays to Delaware in the 80’s. Slot machines fill the plant and the simulcast theater is top notch. The giant TV’s can be seen from the parking lot, lol. We spent much of the day in The Grove and around the beautifu...Read More
The Low-Down: The Delaware Handicap long has been one of my favorite dates on the racing calendar. Maybe it's the neutral site feel of the race at Delaware Park? Perhaps the 1-1/4 miles distance and handicap weights? Maybe it's because I'm a Mid-Atlantic boy at heart and like seeing top horses come ...Read More

  • Rossington · I love Careless Jewel. I lost money on her in the Ladies Classic. I even went across the board on her, because I thought "no way she finishes out of the money." But what I found out watching her in that race is that she has what I call the "Pressious Passion Syndrome." Just like P.P., if the right Careless Jewel show's up, she'll take it wire to wire. If the wrong one show's up, forget it. Also, IMO, I'll still take Zenyatta to beat Rachel or Careless Jewel on any surface at any distance. · 1250 days ago ·
