Flat Out and Royal Delta both drilled a 5F bullet in 1.00:20 (1/12) at Payson Park Training Center for trainer Bill Mott. 
On March 3, Flat Out breezed 4F in 49:30 (14/29) at Payson Park Training Center.

  • DeadHeat · He is best in NY. There are a lot of horses like that, like there are a lot of horses who are best at CD, or in Cali. It's not uncommon for a horse to do better in their home envorment. He fires elsewhere, 3rd at Santa Anita, and 4th yesterday. Performance yesterday could be due to the track an knocking off rust.
