Then there is Izvestia , another Canadian TC winner who was euthanized at 4 after a catastrophic injury during a race. One of the best 2YO fillies I have ever seen. To outduel Serena's Song despite a career-ending injury is phenomenal. Guts and serious, serious talent. Amazing filly.
