  • Mike in SB · TV I think the Breeders Cup is the best way to get a championship series like the ACS, they could expand the win and your in races into a series for each Breeders Cup race. The Breeders Cup and the Graded Stakes Committee are the best groups in racing that could be used to organize the different tracks, owners and trainers into excepting one governing body for racing.
