Her closeing kick was quick, if she can do that over distances she is going to be a good horse.
She's no super star. YET. But I do think she will be good!
Evolutionary broke her maiden at second asking, beating a field of 10 other fillies by a length at Remington Park on October 18.

  • travel_vic · One cannot put a real value on racing experience. It makes a temendous difference to have gone through real racing conditions. · 1137 days ago
  • Floridaf · For once, I have to agree with you, travel_vic. It was much the same way with Fire On Ice's comeback race. Yes he had raced once before, but it had been so long since he had raced that he likely had forgotten what real racing conditions were like. I expect he'll do better in his next outing. · 1137 days ago
Looked good winning her maiden, but it was at Remington, not many good youngsters in the race. And she only won by a length in OK time. And it was only over six panels, but hey, a win is a win. I'm just upset that now she'll climb the rankings because she os Curlin's girl.
  • goblin · I thought it was a nice win, and she appeared stronger and more focused than in her 3rd place debut. Floridaf and I had a discussion a few days ago about the fact that she (Evolutionary) does not run on Lasix. · 1137 days ago
Any info on her? Hasn't raced again. I'm beginning to wonder...
remember the horses first race means nothing its just for a trainer to see what they are like

  • Dressage3295 · Many times, a great horse doesn't have immediate greatness in his line, it's usually further back. And I would say he's pretty well bred considering he had good confirmation and has done well in racing · 1223 days ago
  • UnionRagsRules · I will have to agree with that comment. · 1223 days ago
Best 2 yo filly. may have been third but she has alot of potential. I hope their run her with the big boys next year, a filly to win the Triple Crown? Could be possible...

  • Dressage3295 · I wouldn't say they had doubts. They knew what kind of colt they had. Their only doubts were after the Wood, but they were later put to rest after discovering the abscess. And of course speed doesn't turn into stamina- no one discredited that- but to win the Triple Crown, you need both. This filly has yet to show she does have both which she will need to run against the boys. The only filly I see in the past who could have won it was Ruffian, who dazzled the crowd from her first start. Genuine Risk- a favorite of mine- came very close and should have won the Preakness, but she should promise from the start as well and was undefeated until she ran in the Wood. · 1230 days ago
  • UnionRagsRules · I can't argue with your comment. Absoulutly true. · 1230 days ago
somebody have news about her?
Don't get to worried yet she had a bad start and stumbled out of the gate.
  • AfterHours · She ran pretty well for the way she came out, I liked the little burst of speed she showed, coming from last to third, pulling away in the final 100 yards. All she needs to do is harness that run and perfect it and she will be a brilliant runner. · 1265 days ago
  • likin sparks · Down the stretch she was looking all around, and hasn't learned how much speed she has yet. Stay tuned! · 1264 days ago
She could be a good one , it all depends on her race.
Good luck! et's get daddy off to a good start :)
Can't wait!
A 2-year-old filly by Curlin and trained by Donnie Von Hemel - excited to see what this one can do!
