Dryfly (8-5) and Calvin Borel just wired the $100,000 Smarty Jones at Oaklawn. He looked good, but breaking from post 4, he broke well to grab the rail and was never headed. He's a quick horse and he had things his own way a bit, going the 1/2 mile in 47.65, and the short stretch didn't hurt either.
  • bardiggler · I just watched it, Borel had his own. Results 4-9-1-6 · 1553 days ago ·
  • arazi · He's obviously capable of more, but I want to see him challenged a bit more than today's race. · 1553 days ago ·
