What people here don't realize is that American industries from Vegas are looking to put in destination casinos and the govt wants the money without having to split it with the racing interests. The Ontario govt is more than willing to put over 60,000 people out of work to do this. If anyone in the US thinks this will not have a chilling effect on the industry here they are living in lala land. This is going to be the fate of NY racing.
