Do you think he should have been declared the winner of the 1968 Kentucky Derby. I personally don't think so because of the phenylbutazone they found. But, I feel bad for him.

Owner Peter Fuller was adamant about being set up by someone with a vendetta against him, and the use of race-day medications was not the same at every track.
