Cut Away

I rubbed him. He was like a puppy that could run. He had a falsly diagnosed ruptured tendon but when i introduced a little known linimen, the state vet changed it to a ruptured tendon sheath. Off to Saratoga to win one. gene entered him in a 7F racw with Angel Cordaro up. I was giddy! I felt stupid telling him how to ride him like a short horse and get the 6F in 1:09 to steal the race as he would be a little short. Angel got to the 1/8th pole in front by 6 in 1:09 & 1 and won by a little. He came back, winked and smiled at me. That was so cool. Gene had a good 2 year old to go to the BC juv at SA so they took Cut along to run him at a mile. He won by 6, sold for $100k and was dead lame in the morning. That hard track dislodged a chip. :(
