Older Comments about Cicada...

Dubby30, I have read your comment also, and as mrsmaryzinke says, " your coment was good and funny". Haratio Luro used to say don't squeeze the lemon dry about saving some of a horse in a race. I believe they were saving Rags to Riches for better things down the road. We've also seen times when good mares race well but their offspring cann't get the job done. Especially when the industry places so much emphisis on who the dam is. So whats your opinion about Storm Flags Flying or My Flag ? They were good fillies ,yet didn't win the Belmont against such a nice colt the likes of Curlin. So why not like Rags to Riches?
