Bullybullybully

Chantal rode Bullybullybully to a win on March 29, the race that was featured on Season 2, Episode 1 of "Jockeys" on Animal Planet. Chantal went back to Canada to ride for the summer, so she was not around to ride Bully and trainer Kristin Mulhall had to find another rider when Tyler Baze rode him to a second place finish on June 14 at Hollywood Park and a fourth place finish on July 11 at Hollywood Park. Hopefully, Chantal will come back to Southern California and she and Bully can reunite for another victory.

Great season opener. I knew Corey Nakatani was a bit tempermental but it was very interesting to get a view into the jocks room and see the interactions between Corey and his fellow jockeys. The story around BullyBullyBully and his trainer/jock combo Kristin Mulhall and Chantal Sutherland gave a good inside view into the claiming game complete with workouts in the dark, nervous anticipation before and after the race and the joy of avoiding the claim.
