What the Nation is saying about Asiatic Boy...

The winner of the 2007 UAE Triple Crown, Asiatic Boy (pictured below at the 2009 Dubai World Cup) has been retired to stud in his native Argentina.  A son of Not For Sale, the 7-year-old horse accumulated lifetime earnings in excess of $3.3 million, triggered by his tornadic performances in Dub...Read More

  • mshutty · And the BC organization has no one to blame but itself. Remember when we all had a collective moan when it was announced that the BC would be held at Santa Anita two consecutive years? Our disdain for this idea is justified. I agree wth mdracing...what do the connections of Rachel have to prove. The only risk to the HOY honors is running in the BC and getting beat. If you owned/trained Rachel, what would you do? · 953 days ago ·

  • rossington · I think if he win's the Classic he should be considered for HOY. Also, what if Zenyatta wins the Lady's Secret, runs her record to 13-0 (tying Personal Ensign) and then came back and beat the boys in the B.C. Classic, ending her season or maybe even her career at 14-0. If that scenario comes to pass,IMO, how could you deny her at the very least co-HOY? · 955 days ago ·

  • Medlocke · I noticed on their cover page underneath the picture of SummerBird that it says SummerBird completed the sweep or tri-fecta of the 3 New York races, then stated that it hadn't been done since Temperence Hill did it in 1980. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Easy Goer the last to do it in 1989? · 955 days ago ·
