the way he has been producing, he is quite the bargain at $15,000.

  • rafirox · I would not increase his stud fee, Sullivan, but I think he easily COULD BE that amount and he would still get a good (quantity, not quality) book of mares. In regards to Tapit's name being brought up, I'm not sure. The disrespect he gets as a sire is simply astonishing, considering he is in the top echelon of modern-day sires. He might not produce 10f foals, but few stallions actually do THAT on a consistent basis. Tapit is consistent, fabulous and produces quality foals consistently. As for my favorites, or who I think is "great", in terms of modern day: My favorite stallions heading into this year were; Awesome Again, War Front (up and coming) and Speightstown. My favorite stallion of all time, without question, is Dynaformer... A.P Indy is the best in modern-day, before being pensioned. · 1047 days ago

Two G1 wins with two year-olds for former Breeders Cup Turf Mile winner Artie Schiller in two days at Keeneland. Yesterday his daughter, My Conquestadory, was a rousing winner of the G1 Alcibiades. In a race just run, his son, Wee Miss Artie, won the rainy Breeders Futurity.
