Hasn't worked since March 7th, so their must have been a set back. Maybe got sick, injury, I'm not sure. Does anyone know what happened or what she's doing? Or how to find out? I like thi filly for some reason...
I think this filly has a really bright future. I hope she tries dirt before she goes back to turf. She's proven herself on both dirt and turf, more so dirt than turf, so I think she could be an oaks filly. I know she has a little more of a turf pedigree, but Giants Causeway sires many dirt horses, so I think she could run on anything. She's had a series of strong works over the last two months. I think she'll be ready soon. All works were on turf thought so that indicates that Todd is aiming her for some turf races, but I really think she's an oaks horse.
Allure D’Amour has a strong turf pedigree top and bottom. Giant’s Causeway is an international sire. Allure D’Amour’s dam was a stakes winner in England and is a half sister to an English Group 3 winner. damsire was 1995 Irish high-weighted 2yo male. Second damsire is the legendary Sadler’s Wells.
