Man O' War, Kelso, Frankie Dettori, Dave Gall - September 28th

Jockey Dave Gall had his 7,000th career win, at Fairmount Park aboard A. J. Onray. He was the fourth rider to attain 7,000 wins.~1996

 

Forty years after Man O' War won the Lawrence Realization Stakes at Bemont Park by 100 lengths in the record time of 2:40 4/5, Kelso equaled his time in the same event. ~1960
