Bateau, Earl Sande - November 4th

Bateau was disqualified from her third place finish in the Pimlico Futurity
after her jockey, Earl Sande, used the filly to ram the future Kentucky Derby
winner, Reigh Count, into the rail. Sande subsequently was suspended for his
action. ~1927
