Jockey Julie Krone rode her 3,000th caeer winner, in the fourth race at Aqueduct, aboard Dustin's Dreamer. ~1995
 
Alydar, one of the top sires in America and runner-up in all three Triple Crown races to Affirmed, was euthanized at Calumet Farm. ~1990

Julie, shouldn't you substute Murdered for Euthanized? Great horse, Great sire, crying shame he was worth more dead than alive. How in hell did the Kentucky bluebloods and Calumet heirs let that criminal fat slob JT Lundy, gain control of that farm is beyond belief even given the connected by marriage angle.
